Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 USD or more.

Orders below $150 USD will be charged shipping fees based on the destination and selected shipping method during checkout.

• Canada: 5–10 Business Days
• International: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of your order date.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the original order date.
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• In their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), THIA COLLECTION will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
